Real Hoi An Experience Tours

– Pick up at your hotel lobby in Hoi An by bike between 8:15-8:30a.m.

– Visit to the local market: Learning about the ingredients for the dishes you will be cooking in the class.

-Opportunity to see local produce and learn the names for them, and also best way to prepare.

– Welcome drink at the Tra Que Herb Garden Water Wheel.

– Visit the Vegetable village .

– Learn about the history of the village from a Local guide.

– Join in planting vegetables with local farmers (digging, land boarding, making beds, transplanting vegetables,watering).

– Enjoy a relaxing foot soak in the Beautiful surroundings of Tra Que vegetable garden after the farming tour.

– Learn to ride a Buffalo!

– Learn to Row a traditional boat on the river.

– Learn how to make rice paper, fresh spring rolls and then enjoy your creation!

– Kitchen show where you will learn how to make some local dishes: Tam huu (spring roll), and Banh xeo (seafood/vegan pancake) and then enjoy them!

Enjoy a sit down lunch with some more dishes including: Spring rolls, papaya salad, Cinnamon/braised fish cooked in a Clay pot, sautéed vegetables, steamed rice and a desert (Ingredients can be substituted to suit dietary requirements or allergies)
